The answer to this question can be explained by this quote "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink". In today’s world everything is mobile so why human resources has to stagnate in one place the demand and supply will stabilize the movement of human resources. There are numerous researches done on employee satisfaction and if a company is faces high attrition rates then they must learn from those employers who recruit and retain highly skilled employees.
