Then we offer you a stage to do so here in CEG, Anna University, Chennai.
An on-site event named Network Warriors is to be conducted as a part of Kurukshetra 2010, an international level techno-management festival in CEG. This is the first event of sorts with Networking as the head, heart and soul of the event in Kurukshetra. Networking Geeks, Linux enthusiasts, Programmers and all those who are interested in Networking, buckle up your shoes coz its show time. Participate, Prove your might and Take away the lot of prize money at stake.
About the event:
1. This event requires no great preparation. Only basics of Networking and some hands on experience working with Linux will suffice.
2. Those who are not yet familiar with the area of Networking can also participate as this will be a great learning experience for you and will help you set your first foot in this enthralling and challenging field.
3. There will be two rounds. Round 1 will be a written round on the 21st January 2010 and Round 2 will be the finals where you will be given a system and asked to perform certain Networking related Tasks. All the help required to perform those tasks will be provided.
