Hi Shuklachintamani
British Council ambassador Swathi here. In response to your query about jobs in the UK, I'd like to say that there is definitely a fair chance of you getting a good job here in the Computing/IT industry. Employers are always on the lookout for diligent individuals who are hard working and have presentation skills. So, I would encourage you to take up a degree programme with a UK institution. UK degree courses are intensive and require you to do research-based projects. Therefore, even if you decide to go back to your home country (which I assume is India, as you've mentioned), you will still have a chance of landing yourself in a higher position job considering the weight of your UK degree.
Hope this helps. If you have any other queries, don't hesitate to ask me.
You can visit this website for more information http://www.educationuk.org
Cheers
Swathi

Thanks for passing on this information Swathi. Good to know that new scholarship programs are opening up for Indian students. But guys, don’t you feel that there is a great need to offer such scholarships and programs within India itself? Educational system in India is improving thanks to the advent of international schools (http://ascendinternational.org/) and teaching concepts. As the system is on its way to improve, introducing such programs and courses will boost the future of students
