Your MBBS degree will not be accepted by US Hospitals, so you have to get your MBBS degree certified by going thorough Education Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) http://www.ecfmg.org/cert/certfact.html (http://www.ecfmg.org/cert/certfact.html) once you do that then you can apply for residency in any US hospital.

There is a high demand for physicians in the USA, if you successfully complete your residency after the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) then you can easily find a job at any US hospital.

Yes, USA does not recognize the MBBS degree. Although most of the engineering degrees are honored by employers in the USA.

US students also have to appear for the USMLE part 1 and 2. MBBS is considered equivalent to an UG degree in the US, and the best way to get your subjects transferred is to get them evaluated by an independent evaluater like ECE.org or WES.org. then apply for medical post graduation or residency. ECFMG studnets are accepted by almost all states of USA, it depends on each states medical board, who may or may not call for interview.
see auamed.org for more details on transfer to the programme.
