Question microbiology

i have done M.sc in applyed microbiology .and wish to work in food industries. is there any haccp training institutes in southIndia.if so how can i apply for the training programs.

For several years, new sequences of microbial genomes have been the highlights of microbiology and a major topic of our yearly comments. But sequencing has become “routine” and, at the time this editorial is being written, the complete sequences of 284 prokaryotic genomes and 40 eukaryotic genomes have been published.
